Rental Schedule

Prices
- $200 / day (Deposit of $200 required, payable by credit or debit card only)
- Kitchen: $30 extra (if needed) – Please bring dish towels and cloths for drying dishes.
Cancellation
Any cancellation of the rental by the tenant will incur charges according to the following terms:
- Cancellation two (2) days prior to the rental date: 50% of the hall rental amount. Ask ChatGPT
Cancellations must be made during the Council’s business hours.
Deposit
The deposit will be refunded within 10 days following the rental, once the keys have been returned and the premises have been inspected.
The deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Instructions
- It is strictly forbidden to use artificial smoke in the hall at any time, as this will trigger the fire alarm system and additional charges will be billed to any offender.
- The renter is responsible for the chairs, tables, and keys, and must ensure they are returned in good condition upon departure (clear the tables and store the chairs in the designated room, empty the trash bins, and place the bags in the outdoor dumpster).
- If you reserve the kitchen, you must clean what has been used and put everything back in its proper place.
- The use of confetti and/or glitter is strictly prohibited in the hall, under penalty of additional cleaning charges (these are particularly difficult to clean with a vacuum, resulting in extra time for the janitorial service).
